Add or update a payment plan's settings for each location on a membership template. Each location has its own configuration, including:

• The tax rate charged at that location
• Whether the payment plan is offered on the Online Sales Portal (OSP) as a monthly payment option
• Whether the payment plan is offered on the OSP as a pay-in-full option

Use this endpoint to turn OSP payment options on or off for a payment plan, or to set tax for a specific location. You can't change these settings with Update Payment Plan Template. They live on this location-level resource because each payment plan can have many location configurations.
