Remove one or more locations' settings from a payment plan on a membership template. This deletes the whole configuration for each location you list, including its tax rate and its Online Sales Portal (OSP) monthly and pay-in-full options.

To turn OSP options off or change tax for a location without removing it, use Update Payment Plan Location Settings instead.

Hierarchy: Membership Template → Payment Plan Template → Location Settings

Pass the IDs of the locations to remove in location_ids.
