The Name of the Hold Reason

boolean

Determines if the Hold Reason is active and able to be used. Defaults to True if not provided.

int32

The order of the Hold Reason. If the order provided is already in use by another Hold Reason, this will take its place and the remaining Hold Reasons will have their order incremented by 1. If no value is provided, the new Hold Reason will take the next logical highest order.
